Pregnancy and Related Conditions (Students)
Hamline University (the “University”) is dedicated to its education programs and activities fostering a community that welcomes and supports pregnant and parenting applicants and students in its education programs and activities. This Policy outlines the University’s commitment to comply with applicable federal and state laws, including Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Minnesota Protections for Pregnant and Parenting Students Law, and any other applicable law and establishes the University’s intent to protect applicants and students against unlawful discrimination based on pregnancy or related conditions. The Policy also references resources available to pregnant and parenting students.
Public Art on Campus and University-Owned Property
This policy establishes procedures for the review, approval, and management of public art installations on Hamline University campus property for reasons including ensuring they align with the University's educational mission and community values. This policy applies to all permanent, semi-permanent, and temporary public art installations on University property, including sculptures, murals, paintings, and other artistic works placed in publicly accessible indoor and outdoor spaces.
Procurement Card (PCard)/Travel Card (TCard)
The PCard/TCard program provides the University a convenient way of conducting transactions by providing Visa credit cards to eligible employees. The purpose is to streamline and simplify the purchase and payment process where appropriate.
Information Security Incident Management
This policy describes the requirements and responsibilities in reporting and responding to suspected and known information security incidents or events in a manner that minimizes negative impacts to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Hamline Information Resources.
Res Life: Alterations, Cleanliness Expectations, Damages to Facilities
Students must keep residential housing units clean and in an orderly condition.
