Types of financial aid for online bachelor’s completion students

Gift aid is available in the form of state and federal grants. Federal and alternative loans are also available. We encourage you to apply for outside or private scholarships and consult with service organizations in your community and your employer, among others, for possible scholarship opportunities. Hamline doesn’t reduce Hamline grant dollars when a student receives outside or private dollars.

Employer reimbursement

Tuition reimbursement (or educational assistance) programs are a special type of employer-provided benefits. Your employer may be willing to reimburse you for taking college coursework. If you’re a working professional, be sure to check with your human resources office to see if you’re eligible.
