Financial Aid for Veterans and Military Students
Pursue a better future with military benefits
Veterans and military students are an important part of Hamline's community, and we’re here to provide you and your family with additional guidance as you pursue higher education. In collaboration with the federal and state governments, we’re able to give eligible applicants access to financial aid to make college even more affordable. Whether you’re looking for aid as a veteran or service member or for your spouse and dependents, we’ll help you discover all your available options.
Already applied for benefits through the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)? If you’ve completed an application for one of the VA educational benefits listed below, you’ll need Hamline to certify your enrollment. Visit our Military Student Resource Center Center for more detailed steps on that process.
If you’re interested in receiving additional federal aid, you’ll need to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Learn how to apply for the FAFSA and see what steps you need to take.
