Writers Go to the Movies is ridiculously excited to announce our next event: Erin Sharkey and Mychal Fisher will present Going to Mars: The Nikki Giovanni Project at The Hive Collaborative on April 12. Doors at 6:00, show at 7:00. Free admission, snacks and drinks!

Fireball, Hamline’s annual off-campus, semi-formal dance, will be held on April 13 from 7 to 11 p.m. at the Machine Shop in Minneapolis.

The venue will provide food and drink options, as well as a cash-only bar for students who are over 21. Hamline will be providing transportation shuttles to and from the venue.

Tickets will be available on the Anderson Center's first floor. From March 20 to 22, 25, 27, and 29 a table will be set up from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and on March 26 and 28 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Tickets will be $5, and you can pay by cash, card, or Venmo.

You can purchase a ticket for yourself and for one additional guest if you would like to do so.

Join us for the 2024 Spring Mahle Lecture Series public workshop and keynote lecture engaging the topic of "Interreligious Peacebuilding Through Study." The focus on interreligious dialogue through study is a way to become better at bringing such diverse views together through respectful, rich, and non-reductive thought, practice, and pedagogy.

Please note: We hope you can join us for the entire evening, but if you can only make it for the workshop or the keynote, that's great too. Please indicate which events you will be attending through the Eventbrite ticketing process.
