Andrews' aim is to help individuals and organizations create environments, systems, and processes that advance their ability to flourish.

Teaching Style

Students taking a class with Dr. Andrews will experience hands-on, interactive learning as they are challenged to examine and critique traditional and emerging management theories, analyze how they are adapted in a variety of settings, and apply them to case studies, class activities, and service learning projects.

“My goal as is to construct an environment in which students are challenged to both absorb and interact with the existing body of research. I believe that when students use their own experience and knowledge base to access and derive applications out of existing knowledge, they create the foundation from which they can generate new, meaningful knowledge that will become working power in their lives and achieve the aims of education which are to acquire true wisdom, live well, and build good societies.”
