Website Purpose, Ownership, and Guidelines

Hamline’s Offices of Information Technology Services (ITS), Marketing and Creative Services, and University Relations have adopted the following policy to establish the approach Hamline University will use in the administration and management of its official website and to establish the appropriate use of Hamline website by the Hamline user community.

WESA Wage Disclosure

Hamline University is committed to comply with all applicable law in regard to disclosure of an employee’s proprietary compensation information. The University does not prohibit any employee from disclosing their own wages, although no employee is required to disclose their wages. The University forbids any form of retaliation against an employee who discloses or discusses wages pursuant to this policy.
