Students Needed for Winter Research Showcase
Hamline students in all fields – humanities and natural sciences, fine arts and social sciences, education and business – are invited to present their class-based research or creative project at the Winter Showcase of Student Research and Creative Inquiry for the Classroom. The submission deadline is November 16. The showcase is December 9.

Dr. Elijah Anderson, Sterling Professor of Sociology and African American Studies at Yale University will be at Hamline on Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 7 - 9 p.m. in the Klas Center, Kay Fredericks Room, for a public lecture, The Art and Science of Urban Ethnography.

CGEE Featured in Marine Education Journal
John Shepard and Kris Bennett, part of Hamline University’s Center for Global Environmental Education (CGEE), are featured in a special edition of Current: The Journal of Marine Education focused on the Southern Association of Marine Educators. Shepard, an associate professor and assistant director of CGEE, and Bennett, the K-12 resources director, were part of the CGEE team that produced Waters to the Sea™ Gulf Coast Adventure.
