• Online Bachelor's Degree Completion

    A first-class education at an affordable price.

    At first glance, the price of a college education may seem overwhelming—but with a closer look, you’ll find it’s more affordable than you think. At Hamline, we’re dedicated to providing an exemplary education at a reasonable rate.

    A bachelor’s degree from Minnesota’s first university is one of the best investments you can make. In fact, people with bachelor’s degrees generally experience:

    • Average earnings of 60 percent more than those with only a high school education;
    • Opportunities for better paying jobs and career advancement; and
    • Lower risk of unemployment.*
  • Tuition and Fees

    At Hamline, we believe that everyone deserves access to a quality, affordable education. That’s why we have designed an online bachelor’s degree completion program delivered in a cost-effective format.

    For more information on tuition for this program, please view our current tuition rates and fees. Payment plans are available.

  • Financial Aid

    Financial aid is available in the form of federal and state grants and low-interest student loans. All students must complete a FAFSA to receive financial aid. You may find the financial aid form here  or online at hamline.edu/financial-aid/forms/

    Eligibility is determined based on your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application. View required documents, deadlines, and other steps needed to apply for financial aid.

  •  Scholarships, Grants, and Loans

    We encourage you to apply for outside or private scholarships. Consult with service organizations in your community and your employer, among others, for possible scholarship opportunities. Hamline does not reduce Hamline grant dollars when a student receives outside or private dollars. Gift aid for online degree completion students is available in the form of state and federal grants. Federal and alternative loans are available to students.

  • Employer Reimbursement

    Tuition reimbursement programs (sometimes called educational assistance programs) are employer provided benefits that enable employees to take college courses that are paid for by the employer. Check with your human resources office to see if you are eligible, and check the Company Tuition Assistance page.
