Rebecca (Becca) Rosario

Rebecca Rosario, Area Coordinator of Sorin Hall, has worked at Hamline since January 2022. She supervises a team of 6 first year community RAs in Sorin Hall and two Student Area Coordinators across campus (who oversee Manor and The Hamline Apartments).

“We have a great staff of RAs, and are ready to cultivate some great first year communities."

Rebecca was a student, athlete, and RA here at Hamline from 2014-2018. She spent two years as an RA (In Drew Hall) and her senior year as an Assistant Area Coordinator (In the Heights), which led to her "3 Years of Service" award.

After graduating, Rebecca moved to Missouri, where she worked as a Hall Director (2018-2020) and then Resident Director (2020-2022) for Residential Life and Auxiliary Services at Northwest Missouri State University.

Rebecca (or “Becca”) is very excited to be back at Hamline, this time in the capacity of a professional staff member in Residential Life. She is particularly excited to be working directly with Sorin Hall this year. Last year, Rebecca was awarded The Directors MVP for her hard work and dedication to the position, overseeing both Sorin and Manor Halls with a staff of 11! Rebecca says, “for the first time, I will have the opportunity to supervise a smaller team [of 6 RAs]. I am very excited to be able to give them the time and energy they each deserve and guide them to be the best RAs they can be for our incoming freshman in Sorin Hall."

Rebecca grew up in the Twin Cities. She is familiar with the area but is still finding new things these cities have to offer, like plant shops, places to eat, places to run, and other hidden gems. Rebecca enjoys traveling, window shopping, and spending time with family. Rebecca is newly engaged. Her fiance was also a student-athlete here at Hamline (HU Football). They are both happy to be back on Hamline’s campus, where it truly “feels like home."
