    Lead school innovation and transformation.

    School districts are looking for leaders prepared to help students succeed from day one. With Hamline’s Educational Specialist degree, you will receive the preparation required to implement impactful change, build relationships, and become a culturally responsive and effective educator-leader.

    You will:

    • Complete your administrative licensure in one of three areas: principal, superintendent, or director of special education.
    • Develop the skills and strategies for equitable school innovation and transformation.
    • Design an action research project to address a problem of practice in your school or district.
