Leadership in Affordable Housing Certificate
Center for Public Administration and Leadership
With our certificate program, you'll develop a solid knowledge of the economics of affordable housing as well as the history and key political and economic issues that created the affordable housing crisis. Armed with that knowledge, you can identify opportunities and take action to address issues and inequities. You will:
- Demonstrate an understanding of the economics of affordable housing in rental and home ownership
- Demonstrate an understanding of the history of housing policy in the United States and key political and economic issues that have created the affordable housing crisis
- Identify opportunities for leaders to collaborate with multiple entities in government, industry, and the nonprofit sector to address the problem of affordable housing

Format |
The Leadership in Affordable Housing Certificate is offered fully online. Your classes will meet synchronously on the days listed below. Your Wednesday classes will be held from 5:30 to 8 p.m., and your Thursday classes will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Additional work will be completed asynchronously. |

The program cost is $1,600, payable in two installments in January and August. Scholarship funding from Affordable Housing Connections may be available for qualified applicants. |
