Justin St. Germain to Join The Creative Writing Programs

The Creative Writing Programs is pleased to announce that Justin St. Germain will join the faculty in late summer as a visiting assistant professor in creative nonfiction.

For the past three years, Justin has been the Joseph M. Russo endowed professor of creative writing at the University of New Mexico. Before that, he was a Wallace Stegner fellow at Stanford University. Justin is the author of Son of a Gun, a memoir released by Random House in 2013, which has earned a Barnes & Noble Discover Award in Nonfiction; named a Best Book of 2013 by Amazon.com, Library Journal, and Publishers Weekly; and selected as a New York Times Book Review Editor’s Choice.  He has published numerous essays, short stories, and articles in numerous literary magazines and anthologies. He received his M.F.A. from the University of Arizona.

Justin will be teaching required and topics courses in creative nonfiction.
