Ellen DeGeneres Pulls Prank on Pipers

Showing that they really are good sports, three members of the Hamline football team were the subjects of a prank pulled by Ellen DeGeneres for a segment on her daytime talk show called, Kevin the Cashier. While out shopping at the Mall of America, Piper football players Derick Fleming Jr., Julian Stubbs, and Dillon Dove stepped into a Sleep Number store where "Kevin," a character played by The Ellen DeGeneres Show writer Adam, pretends to fall asleep while the unknowing participants are testing out a bed.
