HSEL Faculty Present at National Conference

Faculty members Julia Reimer, Jennifer Carlson, Karen Moroz, and Trish Harvey presented at Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania on Thursday, June 12. Their presentation detailed the curriculum redesign work that resulted in several courses now taken by students in varied Hamline School of Education MA degrees. The courses are designed to prepare educators to understand critical and contemporary issues in education, and how those complexities connect to their own discipline. In the session, the research team shared their curriculum development journey, the institutional impact and the influence on student learning.
