Performance Evaluations Due December 15

Please note that every step in the process does not have a specific deadline. However, all final submissions must be submitted to HR no later than December 15, 2023 (originally December 8, 2023)

All staff employees will go through the process of self-evaluation. Please be thorough and thoughtful with your responses. Supervisors use employee responses to offer feedback and evaluate the employee’s performance. It also helps prepare for the one-on-one Performance Evaluation conversation where the following could be discussed: expectations around personal and team outcomes, core competencies, professional development, previous and upcoming year goals, etc. Performance evaluations are critically important because they set the stage to discuss the “what” (how successful you were at meeting your goals and what results you delivered) and the “how” (the skills, mindsets, and values you used to get there). They are an opportunity for self-reflection, feedback, and getting aligned with your supervisor on next steps and expectations for the coming year.

2023 Performance Evaluation Process

·         Employee completes the Performance Evaluation Form and submits it to their supervisor for review.

·         Supervisor completes their portion of the Performance Evaluation Form.

·         Supervisor schedules a meeting to discuss the performance review with the employee.

·         Supervisor does final submission of form to HR after reviewing with the employee. (Submitted no later than December 15, 2023)
