Thomas Presents Paper

Matthew A.M. Thomas, adjunct faculty member in the School of Education, recently presented a paper entitled, “The politics of accruing international research currency in an inequitable academic market: A case study of an international research project in Tanzania,” at the 55th Annual African Studies Association conference in Philadelphia. The paper examined the various institutional forces placed on university faculty in Tanzania and how they perceived their roles in the broader politics and discourse of international knowledge production.
