Pope publishes articles, speaks at symposium

In December, Hamline Law Professor Thaddeus Pope published two new articles: "Career Guide for the Future Healthcare Attorney," in the Widener Health Law Colloquium; and "Legal Briefing: POLST (Physician Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment)," in the Journal of Clinical Ethics (with law student Mindy Hexum).

Pope recently participated in the Graceful Journey Project World Cafe of the Minnesota Council of Churches and Honoring Choices as well. In November, he spoke at New York Law School's symposium "Freedom of Choice at the End of Life: Protecting the Patient's Rights over Government, Health Care Provider and Pressure Group Resistance."

This month, Pope will participate in the "LEC Workshop for Law Professors on the Economics of Litigation and Civil Procedure" in Captiva Island, Florida.
