Wallace Swan Edited A New LGBTQIA Public Administration and Policy Book

Wallace Swan, an adjunct instructor at Hamline, edited and wrote the new “Routledge Handbook of LGBTQIA Administration and Policy.” The handbook uses data to examine, “...a wide range of social and policy issues of broad interest—including adult and senior homelessness, youth issues, transgender and intersex rights, healthcare, immigration, substance abuse and cigarette use, caring for senior members of the community, incarceration of LGBT people, hate crimes and homicides against LGBT people, issues for same-sex couples and singles, LGBT non-profit issues, and international policy.” Swan included contributions from 38 practitioners and academicians and wrote eight chapters and the preface.
