Larsen earns All-MIAC honor

Larsen etched her name at the top of three lists in the Hamline record books this season. She will graduate with 2,036 career digs, a new school record.

Twice this season she broke the school record for digs in a match, ultimately setting it at 46 against St. Catherine on September 25.

She also tied the school record for service aces in a three-set match (eight) in a non-conference contest against North Central on October 25.

Larsen averaged 5.86 digs/set this season. She also led the team with 51 service aces this season.

As part of a conference-wide sportsmanship initiative, the MIAC announced the fifth annual All-MIAC Sportsmanship team for volleyball. Members of the All-MIAC Sportsmanship team are selected by their coaches and teammates as individuals who demonstrate ideals of positive sportsmanship both on and off the field of competition.

Aisha Baker (So., Minnetonka, Minn.) was named the Hamline representative to the All-MIAC Sportsmanship team.
