Women's Leadership Retreat

    March 29-30, 2019

The Women's Leadership Retreat is a weekend outing designed to promote social consciousness, self-awareness, and leadership skills in emerging and established student leaders. This retreat particularly focuses on exploring the issues facing women as they lead and while discussing potential strategies to overcome these obstacles. Any Hamline undergraduate student, regardless of gender identity or leadership experience, can apply to attend the retreat. Space is limited.

On the retreat, participants will begin a life-long journey of self-nurturance and leadership development while examining the various relationships in our lives: both our relationship with ourselves, and the relationships we have with others.

This free retreat provides a great opportunity to network with other leaders on campus while learning more about yourself and your abilities as a student leader.
