Bosley presents at global consumer protection conference

Stacie Bosley, professor of economics, presented research on earnings claims, disclaimers and self-regulation at an international conference on consumer protection issues in the multilevel marketing industry.

Held in Washington, D.C., this year's conference included talks by Federal Trade Commission staff, a state legislator, a regulator in Poland, and scholars from Australia, the Netherlands, Denmark and the United States.

Bosley helped organize the annual conference, which brings together academics, regulators and consumer advocates from around the world. More information can be found here.
