STEM Mentoring Program Holds LinkedIn Workshop for students

The Hamline Initiative for Professional and Academic Liaisons Career Mentoring Program (HIPAL) held a LinkedIn workshop at its first event September 19 at Klas Center. HIPAL is a professional development program for STEM majors. 

The program has 24 students and 12 mentors this year, up from nine students and five mentors last year. A range of STEM disciplines are represented including forensics, neuroscience, biochemistry, chemistry, physics, exercise science and biology. 

Professors Kay Lillig Cotter and Thomas Schlick of the Hamline School of Business led the LinkedIn presentation.
