• Checkout Technology Equipment

    Access the technology you need to complete assignments and projects at Hamline. Equipment is available for all students, staff, and faculty through ITS' checkout program.

    **Due to COVID-19, the Central Service Desk and Bush Library are physically closed and reserving equipment is suspended. If you are a student, please complete this form to request equipment. Faculty and staff, please email the Central Service Desk at csd@hamline.edu and we will do what we can to get you the equipment you need.

    Checkout Process

    Fill out the Equipment request form before visiting the Bush Library Central Service Desk on the first floor of Bush Library. Please bring your ID and allow 10-20 minutes for the checkout process.

    Note: All equipment is available on a first-come/first-served basis unless noted. Please read Campus the Equipment Loan Policy for all rules and regulations regarding equipment loans before checking out tech equipment.

    Equipment Rental Guidelines

    • Equipment checkout is available for faculty, staff, and students of Hamline only.

    • Ensure that the equipment you need is available by checking it out in advance (see reservation form)

    • Equipment may be checked out by students for 1 day, and by faculty and staff for 3 days
