    The Central Service Desk is your first contact for assistance with technical issues and requests.

    We are located on the first floor of the Bush Memorial Library and can be contacted via phone at 651-523-2220, email at its-service@hamline.edu or by visiting us in person.The Central Service Desk is open with the same schedule as the Bush Library hours.

    Submit a Service Request

    General Service requests

    Login to the ITS Customer Service Portal with your Hamline credentials and submit a ticket to be reviewed by ITS staff. Your tickets can be reviewed via the Customer Service Portal at any time.
