Sean Turner is an in-demand keyboardist, composer, orchestrator, and arranger. His compositions and orchestrations have been recorded on the Eastwood Scoring Stage at Warner Brothers Studios and utilized by Delta Airlines, Sony, Oprah, E! Entertainment, MTV, Lifetime Network, Target, The Food Network, American Express, Discovery Channel, “Army Wives,” and the “Vampire Diaries,” among many others.

Sean holds a Master’s Degree in Orchestration from the University of Chichester, England, and is the recipient of a Jazz Study Grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. He has served as a rehearsal pianist, keyboardist and musical director at the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts, a Department Head in the areas of Keyboard and Composition/Songwriting, and Director of Graduate Studies, both at McNally Smith College of Music. He has also been a sought after teacher internationally.

Currently, Sean serves as Music Department Head at Incarnation Lutheran Church in Shoreview and as an adjunct teacher of contemporary keyboard at Macalester College as well as here at Hamline.
