Fox Presents to New York Federal Court Mediators

HSB professor Ken Fox presented a seminar "Expanding Conflict Insights: Using Multiple Perspectives to Inform Mediator Practice" to a group of 75 federal court mediators from the Southern District of New York, September 10. The seminar examined how differences in the ways mediators understand the nature of conflict changes their practice and influences how parties come to understand their own conflict situations.
