Agustina Victoria Borré, MA ’22, adjunct Spanish instructor, has been selected as a 2026–27 WIDA Fellow Educational Leader.
WIDA Fellows are experienced educators of multilingual learners who are selected to collaborate with staff, contribute practitioner expertise to the development of resources and services, and engage in a national professional learning community. WIDA is part of UW-Madison School of Education
She will collaborate with educators and WIDA specialists from across the country throughout the 2026-27 academic year.
Borré, originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, has more than 17 years of experience in education in Argentina, Uruguay and the United States.
She earned her Master of Arts in Teaching from Hamline University and has taught Spanish at Hamline since 2019.
She also serves as an Equity Advancement Coordinator with Roseville Area Schools, where her work focuses on curriculum, instructional leadership and equitable learning opportunities.
Her work with multilingual learners centers on curriculum adaptation, translanguaging, bilingual education and equitable instruction. Read the announcement.
