Ken Fox, School of Business Professor of Critical Thinking and Conflict Management, presented a (remote) Master Class to 65 French mediators, conflict professionals and organizational leaders April 14. The class, hosted by the Institute for the Formation of Mediation and Negotiation (IFOMENE) at the Catholic University of Paris, focused on ways conflict practitioners can enhance their own competencies and drew on Fox's recently published (January 2026) book Perspectives on Conflict: Insights for Professional and Personal Practice.
