Ken Fox, School of Business professor of critical thinking and conflict management, presented two sessions to legal educators at the American Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section’s annual "Legal Educators' Colloquium" in New York on April 16-17.
The first session was a plenary teaching demonstration on how law and graduate students can learn diverse theories of conflict analysis while deepening their own reflective practice skills.
The second session presented a coherent set of teaching materials designed to broaden students' foundational understanding of conflict.
