Arnold Dahl-Wooley, TC Pride’s 2025 BIPOC Leader of the Year, will discuss Two-Spirit identities and their cultural and spiritual significance on Monday, Nov. 24, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in Anderson Center, room 112. The event will begin with a smudging ceremony and gifting of a tobacco pouch.
In 2013, Arnold and his husband became the first same-sex couple whose marriage was officially recognized by the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe, a pivotal moment in the fight for LGBTQ and marriage equality.
