    Hamline University is committed to working with our neighbors to develop a long-lasting, positive relationship with the community.  To further this, the Hamline University Neighborhood Advisory Committee has been established to improve and enhance communication and relationships between Hamline University and the Hamline Midway community.     Hamline Seeks Input

    NOTICE FROM HAMLINE UNIVERSITY

    Hamline University is seeking comments from the public about the school in preparation for its periodic evaluation by its regional accrediting agency. Hamline University will host a visit December 4, 2017 with a team representing the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). Hamline University has been accredited by HLC since 1914. The team will review the institution’s ongoing ability to meet HLC’s Criteria for Accreditation.

    The public is invited to submit comments regarding Hamline University to the following address:

    The public may also submit comments on HLC’s website at www.hlcommission.org/comment. Comments must address substantive matters related to the quality of the institution or its academic programs. Comments must be in writing. All comments must be received by November 4, 2017

    Hamline School of Education alum meeting with President Obama

    Hamline School of Education alumna, adjunct faculty member, and Minnesota Teacher of the Year Dr. Amy Hewett-Olatunde EdD '15 was in Washington D.C. this week to meet with President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden as part of National Teacher Appreciation Week 2016.

    KSTP-TV aired a story about how Hamline supports first-generation students which featured undergraduate Nadia Al-Mosawi who will be the first in her family to graduate from college in May.
