RJ Holmes-Leopold has helped college students prepare for the world of work and for lives of humane purpose across multiple institutions for over 25 years in higher education. He has advanced the educational mission of regional and national liberal arts colleges and universities through his roles in career education, civic engagement, pre-law advising, residence life, alumni relations, annual giving, and major gifts fundraising.
RJ has a bachelor's degree in politics and communications studies from Cornell College, a master’s degree in college student personnel from the University of Maryland, Park, and a specialist in education degree in educational policy and leadership studies from the University of Iowa. He is currently in the executive doctorate in higher education management program at the University of Pennsylvania.
