Loan entrance counseling and how to apply. First time borrowers must complete Subsidized/Unsubsidized Loan Entrance Counseling online at StudentLoans.gov. More information can be found in item three under How to Apply.

Loan exit counseling
Student loan information on the National Student Loan Data System.
