    Virtual Admission Events                              

    Admitted Student Week

    April 10-17, 2021 

    Picture your life as a Piper! We have created a week of virtual sessions to help bring the Hamline community to you, wherever you might be. Admitted Student Week is designed for students who have been admitted at Hamline for fall 2021 and their family members. Whether you're committed or still undecided about your college choice, attend these sessions to learn about all of the opportunities awaiting you at Hamline. Select from several sessions happening throughout the week based on what you want to experience! 

    • Take a virtual tour of our campus led by current students
    • Get a sneak peek inside the residence halls and learn how to apply for housing
    • Attend an info session hosted by Hamline professors to explore academic programs
    • Meet some of your future classmates at our virtual Class of 2025 Social
    • Join us for an Admitted Student Saturday session to get a little bit of everything!

    Living on Campus Sessions

    Planning to live on campus next fall? Attend a Living on Campus session to learn more about your housing options, take a virtual tour of a room in each of Hamline's residence halls, and hear from Residential Life Staff about how they support students. Plus, get all of the information you need to know about applying for housing and choosing your roommate. These sessions are designed for students who have been admitted for fall 2021 and their families.

    Hamline Firsts Series

    Join us virtually every month as we explore a new topic about the college process. Each session will provide key information for your success in college. Let’s be open to conversations as we pool resources and experiences together. These sessions are designed for high school seniors who are first-generation college students and their families. There are two opportunities per month to tune in.

     Not Just A Checklist: The 4-Year Experience

    Professors Andy Rundquist and Mike Reynolds join us for an online discussion about how to get the most out of your four years at Hamline.

    Finding Balance: Home and Hamline 

    Current first-generation Hamline students stop by to share their journeys about finding the balance between their home lives, academic lives, and social lives.

    Discover Hamline

    Join us online for a night of virtual games and fun at Discover Hamline! Get a look inside the residence halls, learn more about the social side of Piper life, plus meet some of your potential future classmates all from the comfort of your home!  These sessions are designed for high school seniors and other students interested in Hamline for the fall 2021 term.

    Transfer Information Sessions

    Join us virtually for a webinar-style presentation that will give an introduction to Hamline University and what it's like to be a Piper. These sessions are designed for prospective transfer students and their families. All sessions begin Thursdays at 3PM CST, unless noted otherwise.

    Just for Juniors 

    Join us for a virtual workshop designed for juniors in high school to meet you wherever you are in your college search. We are excited to bring the Hamline community to you - wherever you might be!

    Saturday May 15, 10:00 AM-noon CST
    *This session is open to high school juniors, sophomores, and their families. 


    Individual Visits

    Hamline University is currently offering virtual visits Monday through Friday. 

    If you would like to schedule a virtual visit, please fill out our Virtual Visit Request form.

    If you have any questions about individual visits or would like to schedule your visit over the phone, please call the Hamline Experience Coordinator at 651-523-2014.

    The Office of Undergraduate Admission is located at the corner of Hewitt Avenue and Snelling Avenue.  Visitor parking is available in the lot directly behind the Admission House.
