We are excited to announce that the Phillips Scholarship Program application for the 2027- 2028 cohort is open!   Phillips Scholars create and test innovative ideas that address an unmet community need by running their own summer projects. Students come together as a cohort to develop their leadership skills and prepare for their projects. Scholars receive a $6,000 scholarship and $4,000 stipend to support their summer project work and $500 for project supplies. Ten students from 15 eligible Minnesota Private Colleges will be selected. The Hamline deadline to apply is January 25, 2027.  Students will submit the paper application to the Hamline Financial Aid Office:     Students are eligible if they:
