Proximal with Medica

We want to share information about Proximal, a supplemental benefit available to employees enrolled in one of Hamline’s Medica plans. Proximal provides extra guidance when facing a serious hospitalization or illness—such as cancer, severe autoimmune disease, or inpatient/same-day hospitalization for medical, surgical, or behavioral health events. By using Proximal to select a highly ranked, in-network provider for a covered event, members can receive a supplemental benefit paid directly to them of up to $1,500.
