The application for the Hamline Tuition Waiver program for the 2027/2028 academic year is now available.
Please note that the application deadline for the Tuition Exchange and the Council of Colleges programs for the 2027/2028 academic year is October 31, 2026. Deadlines for participating ACTC schools vary. Please review each institution’s requirements below:
Augsburg University September 1
Macalester College Prior to July 15
St. Catherine’s University Prior to start of classes
St. Thomas University March 1st (priority date)
