Schramm Co-Publishes on Limitations of AI Systems

Andreas Schramm, professor emeritus in the School of Education and Leadership, co-authored an article raising concerns about the ability of large language models to fully comprehend simple narratives. The study's results suggest that large language models process language fundamentally differently from human cognition and lack robust narrative understanding.
