As landscapes continue to shift, the significance of connecting and communicating has become paramount. On our campus, what can we do to better bridge differences and foster understanding across constituencies, communities, and colleagues? Join us October 9 for the next Community Conversation, “Engaging and Learning Across Differences.” The event is from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the BSC Ballroom.
Panelists will share their expertise and experience in helping institutions and organizations connect and communicate. They will help attendees think about the challenges and opportunities associated with learning from and with one another in thoughtful and constructive ways.
The panelists are:
- Anne Barry, former Commissioner, State of Minnesota
- Nona Ferguson, Vice President, Wilder Foundation
- Ken Fox, Professor, Hamline University School of Business
- John Hardy, Director, Best Buy
Please bring your questions and enjoy lunch afterward as the first 100 attendees will receive a lunch voucher for our community partner, Tacos Los Carnales, which will be on site.
