Adoptee Hub Korean Cultural Identity and Self Care Workshop - 2025

Adoptee Hub welcomes you to take time for yourself. Join us for our cultural identity and self-care workshop that promotes self-care and Korean culture. The workshop is an all-day event for adoptees, 18 and older. We’ll explore and participate in specifically tailored topics surrounding culture, empowerment, language, therapy, massage, a tea ceremony, and taekwondo. We encourage you to come prepared to discuss, share your experiences and challenges, be curious, and build resilience and self-awareness. Hopefully, by the end of the day, you will feel energized and emotionally centered. All discussion is confidential and will be conducted in a safe, nonjudgmental space.
