Legal Studies Assistant Professor Tammy Pettinato Oltz gave the afternoon keynote address at the 2025 Minnesota Paralegal Association Annual Convention held at Inver Hills Community College on May 16. The topic of Oltz's talk was "Legal Advocacy for Neurodivergent Clients: What Paralegals Need to Know." Oltz spoke about the unique challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals in the legal system and provided actionable strategies for fostering inclusive and effective advocacy.
