Dong Delivers Invited Research Talk in China

Lifeng Dong, Professor and the Emma K. and Carl R. N. Malmstrom Endowed Chair in Physics, was honored to participate in an Expert Roundtable Forum at the 5th Symposium on Optoelectric Materials and Devices, taking place from December 22 to 24, 2023 in Xiamen, China. Additionally, he served as an invited Featured Speaker, presenting on "Innovative Methods to Create Versatile, Flexible Electrocatalysts for High-Performance Zinc-Air Batteries." Dong is currently working with his collaborators and students to design, synthesize, construct, and characterize nanoscale materials and devices. Their focus includes various applications such as solar cells, fuel cells, supercapacitors, and lithium batteries for energy conversion and storage. Additionally, their work extends to water purification and desalination.
