  • Can I change my RSVP?

    Yes. You may modify your RSVP by following instructions in your inauguration day confirmation email or feel free to contact us at inauguration@hamline.edu.

  • What is the attire for the inauguration day?

    The installation is a formal ceremony and participating delegates, trustees, and faculty will be wearing academic regalia. For those attending the installation ceremony as guests, we encourage business casual attire. Wearing your Hamline pride apparel is always encouraged!

  • Will the inauguration day events be accessible?

    Yes. We are committed to accommodating the needs of individuals with disabilities. To help us ensure your participation in the inauguration day is successful, please contact us at inauguration@hamline.edu for more information or assistance.

  • Where should I park?

    You may park on any surface parking lot – no permit is required on inauguration day. Surface lots B and C are closest to Hutton Arena, site of the installation ceremony. In addition, a limited number of parking spaces will be available in the Anderson Center parking ramp on a first-come-first-served basis for $2/hour. View the campus map.

  • Where are the accessible entrances to Hutton Arena for the installation ceremony?

    Accessible entrances are available through the Hutton Arena lobby facing Hewitt Avenue and through the Lloyd W.D. Walker Fieldhouse lobby. There is also an accessible entrance through the Bush Center lobby. View the campus map.

  • Will the installation ceremony be livestreamed?

    Yes. A link to view the livestream will appear on the inauguration website closer to the event.

Additional information will be emailed to dignitaries, delegates, trustees, and faculty in late October.
