Nina Osborne (she/her) is the Drew Area Coordinator for the Office of Residential Life. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Northern Illinois University (NIU) in DeKalb, Illinois, approximately 65 miles West of Chicago. As an undergraduate, she majored in Environmental Studies and minored in Psychology and then pivoted to Higher Education and Student Affairs for her graduate years. Some of Nina’s past functional areas include Academic Services (Library Science and Information), Housing and Residential Services (Student Desk Assistant), and Orientation Programming (NODA Intern).
The catalyst for Nina's interest in Student Affairs was her campus involvement in Fraternity and Sorority Life, participating and aiding the surrounding local community and a passion for student support, cross campus collaboration, and fostering an inclusive environment.
In her free time, Nina enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, shopping, exploring local cities, watching TV & anime and playing video games (tip: She is happy to take recommendations).
The Office of Residential Life is excited to have Nina join our team and we look forward to the new, innovative and collaborative ideas she will bring to Drew Hall and to the Hamline community.
