Matthew Fowler believes that passion will transform goals into realities—lifelong learners are motivated to learn and develop because they want to: it is a deliberate and voluntary act. While his primary focus is the corporate environment, he has spent the last 15 years teaching and designing courses for adult learners with multiple leading colleges and universities in the US and China.
Matthew is the chief financial officer for RAA, Inc. in New York City, the largest exhibition and museum designer in the world. Since 2008, he has served as CFO for professional service firms in logistics, architectural/engineering, SaaS, and design services. Matthew holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master's degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix. He is in the final stage of his PhD candidacy, majoring in accounting/management from Capella University. He is the board president for his local youth lacrosse league, a youth lacrosse coach, and an official for high school/youth lacrosse.
