Alissa Kovala-Heine is the Degree Audit Specialist at Hamline University. She is responsible for processing undergraduate program completion applications, finalizing program sheets for course substitutions, and handling undergraduate program declarations. Alissa grew up in Coon Rapids and Detroit Lakes but was raised in the Smoky Hills of northern Minnesota. Alissa holds a Master's Degree in Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from St. Olaf College. In her free time, she enjoys time with her family, dancing, yoga, and exploring the Noita lineage of her Finnish ancestors.
