Looking for a low-pressure way to connect with - and learn from - alumni? Are you interested in practicing skills to help build your network at Hamline and beyond? Join us for the Rise (Refine Interactions, Secure Entry) Student + Alumni Networking Reception!
At this free event, you will have an opportunity to hear real stories about how networking has impacted the professional journeys of Hamline alumni. We will pair these stories with time to learn about some basic networking skills and give you intentional time to practice those skills with our alumni volunteers. You do not need to prepare or have prior experience to attend: the focus is on learning and practicing.
Consider dressing in business-casual attire that helps you feel confident meeting new people. Think about planning your attire by elevating your dress one step above your regular campus wear.
Please do not let attire be a barrier to attendance. We want to prioritize the learning opportunity over anything else.
