Mock Interview + Salary Negotiation + Networking Event

In collaboration with faculty in the Social Sciences Division, the Career Development Center recently hosted alumni and community partners for an afternoon of mock interviews, salary negotiation practice, and networking with graduating seniors. Held on Monday, April 13, this pilot event created valuable opportunities for students to build confidence, gain practical insights, and form meaningful professional connections. Feedback from both students and volunteers was overwhelmingly positive, with participants highlighting the event’s supportive environment and actionable advice. The Career Development Center looks forward to expanding this initiative to include students from all academic divisions and class years in the future.
