The HIPAL Career Mentoring Program (CMP) bridges academic learning and professional readiness by connecting STEM students with meaningful, personalized one-on-one mentorship from experts, complemented by high-impact professional development workshops led by industry and academic professionals.
This spring, HIPAL CMP hosted a LinkedIn Workshop (Part II) on February 20, building on the foundational session offered in Fall 2025. During the workshop, students refined their professional profiles, strengthened their networking strategies, and learned how to effectively present their academic and career experiences.
On March 20, students participated in an Interview Skills Workshop, where each student was paired one-on-one with a mentor. Through mock interviews and individualized feedback, students gained confidence and practical skills essential for career success.
Both workshops were led by mentors from the Hamline School of Business Career Mentoring Program, supported by HIPAL CMP mentors, highlighting strong interdisciplinary collaboration and expanding the program’s reach and impact.
