Ken Fox, HSB professor, has published "Perspectives on Conflict: Insights for Professional and Personal Practice" (Bloomesbury Academic). Written for both conflict practitioners and professional student classroom use, this book examines conflict from six broadly interdisciplinary perspectives: The human body and Somatics; the nonconscious mind; the strategic mind; language and symbols; the social process of meaning-making; and social structures that impact our conflict ecosystem. The book is written in conversational language to encourage deeper reflection on the many dimensions of conflict experience and how to better engage in constructive conflict practice.
